We are looking for a Customer Relationship Assistant Manager who will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, overseeing customer accounts, managing inquiries and resolving complaints. Your goal will be to contribute to customer retention and growth by providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships. Looking for self-motivated professionals who get inspired by the idea of good communication, connect with people and passion for selling, the candidate should be persistent & result oriented. A Fast learner with time management skills and a keen analytical mind.
Responsibilities
- Handle Existing Key Accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts in the Dairytech sector.
- Provide ongoing support and address customer needs promptly to ensure business continuity.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information and solutions to clients.
- Call Potential Customers Pan India.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers across India to introduce company products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Create promotional pitch decks, client presentations etc.
- MIS Reporting.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) or Dairy Technologist qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the Dairytech industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for communication and reporting.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with the dairy ecosystem, including knowledge of milking animals and related technologies.
- Certification or additional training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or relevant field.
- Experience in managing key accounts and generating leads in the Dairy Tech sector.
